はじめまして、masaharudesign代表の好岡 正治（よしおか まさはる）と申します。
社名「masaharudesign」には特別な意味はありませんが、自分の名前「masaharu」と、好きな「デザイン」を組み合わせて名付けました。素直に、自分らしい仕事をしたいという思いを込めています。
広島で生まれ育ち、お好み焼きをこよなく愛する生粋の広島っ子です。
中学卒業後、同級生よりも一足早く社会に出て、地元・広島の工務店で大工として働き始めました。約12年間の現場経験を積むなかで、職業訓練校にも通い、建築の基礎からしっかりと学び、技術を磨いてきました。
その後、大好きなサーフィンと新しいチャレンジを求めて、オーストラリア・ゴールドコーストに単身で渡航。英語を学びながら、現地の住宅施工会社やインテリアデザイン会社で約8年間の経験を積み、日本とは異なる住宅デザインや施工技術に触れ、多くの学びを得ました。
日本とオーストラリア、二つの現場で得た視点と技術を活かし、「デザイン性」と「実用性」を両立した空間づくりを心がけています。
これからも、お客様一人ひとりの想いや暮らしに寄り添った提案を大切にしながら、丁寧な仕事を続けてまいります。

About the Founder
Hello, my name is Masaharu Yoshioka, the founder of masaharudesign.
The name “masaharudesign” doesn’t carry any special meaning — it’s simply a combination of my own name, “Masaharu,” and my love for design. It reflects my desire to work honestly and in my own unique style.
I was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan, and I’m a true Hiroshima local with a deep love for okonomiyaki.
After graduating from junior high school, I entered the workforce earlier than most of my peers, starting my career as a carpenter at a construction company in Hiroshima. Over the next 12 years, I gained hands-on experience while attending a vocational training school to build a solid foundation in construction skills.
Driven by my passion for surfing and a desire for new challenges, I moved to the Gold Coast in Australia. While improving my English, I worked for a residential construction company and an interior design firm, gaining about 8 years of experience and exposure to different design philosophies and building techniques.
By combining the perspectives and skills I acquired in both Japan and Australia, I strive to create spaces that balance thoughtful design with everyday practicality.
Moving forward, I will continue to deliver careful and honest work while offering proposals that are tailored to each client’s lifestyle and vision.
