はじめまして、私は好岡 正治と申します。
社名「masaharudesign」に特別な意味はありません、自分の名前「masaharu」と好きな「design」を組み合わせたものです。
広島で生まれ育ち、お好み焼きが大好きな生粋の広島っ子です。中学卒業後、同級生よりも早く社会に出て、広島で約12年間、大工として建築業に従事しました。その後、大好きなサーフィンのメッカであるオーストラリア・ゴールドコーストに単身渡豪し、英会話を習得しながら、デザイン溢れる一般住宅の施工やインテリアデザイン会社で約8年間の勤務経験を積みました。
帰国後は、2020年から東京都内で住宅・店舗の改装やリフォームに携わり、現在は新宿区西五軒町・神楽坂エリアを中心に、小規模な店舗改装、マンション、木造住宅など幅広いリフォーム工事を信頼できる協力業者とともに対応しています。
私が目指しているのは「心地よい空間づくり」です。デザイン性や施工の丁寧さはもちろんのこと、工事に関わるすべての人の「心のあり方」も大切だと考えています。工事中には、ときに大変な場面や予期しないことも起こりますが、怒りや苛立ち、妬みといった感情を持たずに、常に誠実な姿勢で仕事に取り組むことが重要だと、これまでの経験の中で強く感じています。

そんな姿勢を大切にしながら、リフォームの仕事に向き合っています。

Hello, my name is Masaharu Yoshioka.
The name “masaharudesign” doesn’t carry any special meaning — it’s simply a combination of my first name, “Masaharu,” and my love for design.
I was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan — a true Hiroshima native who loves okonomiyaki. After graduating junior high school, I entered the workforce earlier than most and spent around 12 years working as a carpenter in Hiroshima’s construction industry.
Later, I moved to Australia’s Gold Coast, where I studied English and love surfing while gaining valuable experience in residential construction and working for an interior design company for about 8 years.
Since returning to Japan in 2020, I’ve been based in Tokyo, mainly focusing on renovation projects in the Nishi-Gokencho and Kagurazaka areas of Shinjuku Ward. Together with a team of trusted partners, I handle a wide range of projects — from small shop renovations to apartment and wooden home remodeling.
My goal is to create spaces that feel comfortable and inviting. I believe that not only design and craftsmanship are important, but also the mindset of everyone involved in the project. Over the years, I’ve learned that working with honesty, sincerity, and a calm, positive attitude — even during challenges — is essential.
With care and integrity, I approach each renovation project with dedication and heart.
